I hope you have a good ventilation plan for your boil vapor....hint hint...exhaust hood....

Com'mon dude! It's what I do for a living!  8)

As for the inagural brew....I'm thinking ten gallons of Evil Weazle. (basically Jamil's Evil Twin kicked up a few notches) Hope I get to it this weekend. If not, I got like 4 weeks before I have to work again, so I think I'll be able to squeek it in.

Sunday evening update....Walla are up, roof is on. Still needs papaered, and shingled...

I tried paper and shingles on my still too.  It didn't work out so good.   ;)

Awesome job weaz.  Great photo documentation of your progress!

I still think you should lobby for hosting NHC '13.  Theme - "Beer & Volcanoes Are HOT!"

I plan to add a good bit of insulation between my hood, and the ceiling, so I don't have to worry about the shingles. And yeah, I think I am gonna try an host NHC. Who might a brewer contact about that? I think I could comfortably fit 6 guys in here. Five if a couple of them were really fat. Once I get the deck on this summer, I should be able to hold eight, or even ten!! Bring it on!  8)
