Arrived at my house today - two small boxes and inside this...

(I love arranging big buys of things just to see the results. :))

No fair.  I hope MB is going to be storing samples from each of those :)

Nah, those are Al's babies. I wouldn't dream of that - besides MB is super busy being researcher of all things.

Very nice! What volume are those yeast samples? Is it a new packaging style because I've been considering something like that but closer to 8oz.

I only meant storing them for personal use ;)

Let us know if any become a favorite.  They are said to have the real Ballantine fermentation strain, and I have considered sourcing that one.

Is there an article in the works?

That picture brought a tear to my eye.

An envious, jealous tear.

Very nice. I'll be interested in your results as well. What's the damage on a bottle of ECY?

Princeton Homebrew...right?

My jaw seriously dropped... dang dude.  That's awesome.

I LOVE Al's yeast.  Everything has been superb to say the least.

$8-10 per
and yes, Princeton Homebrew

edit: was straining to see the different kinds you got... I see you got a crap ton of bug country!  I can't wait to get some of that!  All my bugfarm beers have been awesome!

Looking at my spread sheet we got:

Bugfarm
Old Newark Ale
Bug County
Farmhouse Brett
Scottish Heavy
Saison Brasserie (give you a guess who ordered most of that... )
Belgian White
Trappist Ale
Brett #9

No article in the works yet - only 5 of those are mine. I don't know if it would be right for me to pimp Al for a 3rd time in writing this year! :)

Indeed so...it's great stuff.  I've used primarily the Old Newark Ale, but will be doing some batches with the Scottish Heavy fairly soon.
That Old Newark, by the way, makes an astoundingly beautiful Barleywine!!  I did this year's Xmas Ale with it.
