    • 1.3 oz (37 g) Cascade whole hops, 7.3% a.a., (60 min.)
    • 1.0 oz (28 g) Cascade whole hops, 7.3% a.a., (30 min.)
    • 1.0 oz (28 g) Amarillo whole hops, 8.3% a.a., (15 min.)
    • 1.0 oz (28 g) Cascade whole hops, 7.3% a.a., (5 min.)
    • 0.5 oz (14 g) Amarillo whole hops, 8.3% a.a., (0 min.)
    • 1.0 oz (28 g) Centennial whole hops, 9.8% a.a., (dry)

    Directions

    1. Mash grains at 150° F (66° C) for 60 minutes.
    2. Primary fermentation for 21 days at 66° F (19° C) in glass.
    3. Secondary fermentation for 25 days at 50° F (10° C) in glass.
    4. Tertiary fermentation for 57 days at 50° F (10° C) in glass.
