    • 1 lb (0.45 kg) Munch malt
    • 12.4 oz (0.35 kg) Cara-Pils/Dextrine malt
    • 10.1 oz (0.28 kg) Crystal 40 malt
    • 0.42 oz (12 g) Citra hops, 14% a.a. (60 min)
    • 0.42 oz (12 g) Cascade hops, 6.3% a.a. (15 min)
    • 0.42 oz (12 g) Citra hops, 12.2% a.a. (15 min)
    • 0.42 oz (12 g) Cascade hops (whirlpool)
    • 0.42 oz (12 g) Citra hops (whirlpool)
    • 0.83 oz (23 g) Citra hops (dry hop)
    • 0.42 oz (12 g) Cascade hops (dry hop)
    • Safale US-05 American ale yeast

    Directions

    Mash at 150° F (66° C) for 75 minutes. Mash out at 168° F for 10 minutes. Conduct a 60 minute boil, following ingredient additions as listed. Primary fermetation at 67° F (19° C), then age at 65° F (18° C) for 30 days.
