Ingredients:

  • 11 lbs (5 kg) 2-row Pale Malt
  • 1 lb (0.45 kg) Vienna Malt
  • 1 lb (0.45 kg) White Wheat Malt
  • 0.5 oz (14 g) Galaxy pellet hops, 14% a.a. (FWH, 60 min)
  • 3 oz (84 g) Galaxy pellet hops, 14% a.a. (Whirpool)
  • 3 oz (84 g) Galaxy pellet hops, 14% a.a. (dry hop for 11 days)
  • 2 oz (56 g) Galaxy pellet hops, 14% a.a. (dry hop for 4 days)
  • California Ale yeast (WLP001)

Specifications:

Yield: 5.5 Gallons (21 L)

Original Gravity: 1.062

Final Gravity: 1.014

ABV: 6.30%

Directions:

  1. Mash for 75 minutes at 150° F (66° C).
  2. Primary fermentation for 7 days between 65 – 68° F (18-20° C).
  3. Dry hop in primary after 7 days with 3 oz. (84 g) Galaxy pellet hops, 14% a.a.
  4. Crash cool at 14 days at 35° F (2° C)
  5. Dry hop cold at 18 days with 2 oz (56 g) Galaxy pellet hops, 14% a.a.
  6. Force carbonate with 2.3 volumes of CO2.
