  • 22 oz passionfruit pulp
  • White Labs WLP028, 1 pack
  • DAP Fermaid-K
  • Potassium Carbonate
  • Zinc

Directions:

Add nutrients to apple juice and aerate. Pitch yeast. Allow to ferment out at 65 °F. Add passionfruit pulp and allow to ferment out again at 65 °F. Rack to keg, force carbonate to 2.5 vol CO2.
