Trinity Brewhouse Red Devils Belgian Pale Ale | Belgian Pale Ale

Ingredients

  • For 5 gallons
    • 6.38 lb Pale (2-row) malt
    • 14 oz CaraGold malt
    • 7 oz Biscuit malt
    • 3 oz Special B malt
    • 0.85 oz Tettnang hops, 4.5% a.a. (60 min)
    • 0.55 oz Tettnang hops, 4.5% a.a. (30 min)
    • 0.50 oz Tettnang hops, 4.5% a.a. (10 min)
    • Belgian Ale yeast

    Specifications

    • Original Gravity: 1.041
    • Final Gravity: 1.009
    • ABV: 4.1%

    Directions

    Mash around 152° F for 60 minutes or until conversion is complete. Conduct a 60 minute boil, following the hop additions as listed in the ingredients. Ferment yeast within the temperature range specified by the Belgian ale yeast you use.
