Homebrew legalization bill SB2183 was passed by the Mississippi Senate. Thanks to everyone who contacted their Senator in support of this bill. Contacts with legislators are making a difference. The bill was also passed by the House Ways and Means Committee.
The next step for SB2183 is a vote before the full House.
How Can You Help?
Please contact the State Representative for your district and politely ask that he/she support SB2183. Contact from Mississippi residents like you are critical for ensuring passage of these bills.
If the bill is passed by the House, it will then go to the Governor to sign into law.
