You are NEVER Too Old to Start Your First Brewery (or all the things I learned 20 years after I thought I would never do this)

As a former fighter pilot, commercial pilot, Beerdrinker of the Year and BJCP Vice President, Phil has difficulty keeping a job. An avid homebrewer, Phil at several times over the past few decades had thought of starting a brewery, only to be overcome by events. When a good friend asked him to be Brewmaster at a clean sheet brewery, the timing, geography and plan were perfect except he wished he were 20 years younger.
