Learn to Homebrew Day

American Homebrewers Association Learn to Homebrew EventWhat is Learn to Homebrew Day?

In 1999, the American Homebrewers Association (AHA) established Teach a Friend to Homebrew Day as an international event to introduce people to the homebrewing hobby and to help establish relationships with local homebrew supply shops (see Find a Supply Shop).

Each year on the first Saturday in November, homebrewers around the world are encouraged to invite friends and family who have not yet been initiated into the homebrewer ranks to celebrate Learn to Homebrew Day and brew a batch of beer together.

This year we are changing the name from Teach a Friend to Homebrew Day to Learn to Homebrew Day to better reflect the nature of the event. You no longer need to register your site, and you won’t have to worry about entering the event information afterwards.

If you did register a site, you can still report your numbers from last weekend.
