Pretty sight!  Some of my best days are standing next to the smoker drinking good homebrew.  Can't beat it !

I went crazy with the smoker yesterday.  Two chickens, three racks of ribs, two pork shoulders, a rabbit, and some sausages.  All washed down with a bourbon porter.

Lots of left overs.  Gonna do it again next weekend.

We did some ribs as well with a mixture of pecan, apple and cherry.  Daughter made some jicama slaw and corn on the cob.  Washed down with a myriad of homebrewed libations.  A very good day, indeed!

Smoked 4 racks of ribs on Sunday for a combination son's birthday party/reconnect with the neighborhood party.  Use apple and cherry for smoke...I'll have to try the pecan next time.

Brewed a doppelbock yesterday because it finally stopped raining and the wind wasn't blowing 30 mph like it had been for the past 7 days.

Nice Keith!

...didn't know you had a smoker. I had a Brinkmann exactly like yours, then sold it and bought a WSM. Although, I had great results with the Brinkmann.

Fun times!
