I normally brew closer to style but...
Sometimes ya gotta clean out the cupboard!

5 gallons:
10.5# German pilsner malt
4.5# 10L munich
3# flaked maize
.75# MO
.75# carabrown
.5# melanoidin malt
1 oz nugget fwh
1 oz northern brewer 45 minutes
1 oz centennial 30 minutes
1 oz amarillo 10 minutes
Big pitch of Mangrove Jack west coast ale yeast

Mash at 152f
Boil 2 hours
OG 1.100

What do you think?
What did I brew?  :)

That's close to what I was going to say.

My first thought was I have no idea but please tell us what it tasted like after you wake.  8^)

I agree.  I did not pump this into my software, but at 1.100 this is almost definitely an American style barleywine.  And looks like a great one at that.

+1.  That could be a "leftovers" beer that comes out damn good.

Most of my beers are 1.100/1090 and their always highly drinkable compared to most barley wines I try. But I'd be sown for a big brown...
