I quickly got tired of lifting my HLT. Plus, why do it if you have a pump. So I picked up a second burner. Camp Chef Outdoor Cooker II. Tonight is my first brew with it. It was about $30 less than my other Camp Chef so I was worried that it would do as well. But, it actually holds a rolling boil with the dial set at Medium. High was too much, started getting bubbles in my recirculation.

Interesting. Like it. You ever have any trouble compacting the mash?

Nope. The trick is throttling the pump valve. Low flame and valve about 1/4 open and I hold my mash temp perfect with no scorching
