200L Automated Brewery Project

I'm particularly impressed with how you were able to bend the stainless beam into such a nice arc.  (and the concrete block too  ;))

Do you have a short list of spec or a decription somewhere? I'm curious how you are heating it and what steps you automated.

Yes all the work I have done myself, I'm a qualified industrial electrician and have a workshop kitted out with lathe, mill, tig welder and such.

Do you think? Would it be slightly small? although it would be rather easy to adapt bigger tanks..
