Sorry about the over abundance of self promotion this week. But I thought this was a good article and it shows some of the big changes we are currently in the process of making. Plus you get to see how gosh darn handsome I am.  :D

never apologize for self promotion Keith. that is an excellent article. makes me wish I was back east so I could visit. one of these days I'm going to make a long drive east and I'm trying to figure out a way to visit you and leos in the same trip. It'll be easier if I skip the grand canyon in favor of the largest ball of twine in Minnesota.

Sounds like a lot of good hard work! Hmm...it's only a 7.5 hour drive...gonna have to take a weekend trip someday down there.

Another just awesome write up of a brewer from this forum. I am so glad to have found this forum where people like yourself still have time to help out us new comers to the hobby! Congrats and good luck with the bottles!
