Huntsville, Al
« on: February 14, 2015, 01:10:48 AM »
I am thrilled to announce I am moving to the best beer city in the SEC. I can't wait to drink some Yellow Hammer at their new brewery.  I hope it's open by August (when I will move).

I will have to change my handle to. My current one is for Miss State Univ, where I work. At MSU people say "Hail State". I changed it to Ale State and added the y'all since that's what we down here. I will need Huntsville handle. I will be working at UAH.  Suggestions?

That's cool! I doubt we will be in new facility by August but the beer garden we have now is going to be really hard to beat anywhere. PM me and let me know when you are settled in and let me buy you a welcome pint!

I'm primarily a bourbon drinker but I do like Irish whiskey too.

Alas, I've never acquired a taste for scotch. But there still time!

I'm hoping the ground breaking is still on Thurs. Looks kinda cold!

I'm excited about the stone oven pizza and home brew shop, too.

Welcome to Huntspatch Alestateyall.

Would be cool if the three of us huntsvillians had a beer summit. We have a great homebrew club in Huntsville and some very good homebrewers in it. I'll try to get something scheduled and introduce you two.

I won't be a Huntsvillian until Late July. I am a villian (Starkvillian).

That being said, I am in for sure! I will be looking into homebrew clubs. I am in one now and love it.

Speaking of, we have War of the Wort in May. Y'all should enter or judge. We put judges up for free.
