Check out this homebrew!

Fermented for 38 weeks, then our fermentation vessel sprung a leak.  Had to emergency package early this morning.  High gravity at 9lbs 7oz.  Prost!

Those high gravity ones do need just the right amount of cellaring.   ;)

I found early on with my 3 that a spray bottle of star San around the changing table is a good idea;)
