Hydrometer Reading
« on: April 20, 2015, 01:47:33 pm »
Would you call this 1.008 or 1.006? I was thinking .008. I'll post a picture with distilled water in a moment...

What's wrong with 1.007?
Don't let the bastards cheer you up.

I've been brewing for a little over 13 years. In the first couple of years, I used to fuss over, among other things, how to read the hydrometer. I finally came to the conclusion that it didn't really matter as long as I read it the same way each time.
