Am I just an old far-fogey?
« on: May 24, 2015, 04:07:48 PM »
My wife bought the game Minecraft for the grandkids (she also plays it). Along with the game are lots of product including songs. One of the songs is "Girls know how to fight". The last thing I remember is that girls just wanted to have fun. What the hey did I miss?

The puppet masters are relentless in their attempts to make men into women and women into men.  I refuse to participate.

All jokes aside, this is really true. It all goes back to the old marketing maxim: who's buying our product, and who's not, and how do we get them to.

Meh, I have no puppet master. We all control our own destiny. Make our own choices. And, lets be really careful not to let this delve into a political discussion. I really appreciate it!

I typed but then backspaced over about ten different comments, before deciding to go ahead and just post this. To be honest, they were all way funnier than this.

I don't want to know what fun this girl wants to have.

Not that there's anything wrong with it.

I don't think its gotten that political. Mean-spirited and juvenile, but not political.
