T'N'T Hops ?
« on: December 03, 2015, 07:54:24 am »
Has anyone used the T'N'T hops? I'm thinking of using it an American IPA but not sure what to pair it with and was looking to see if anyone has experience with this hop.

According to Farmhouse Brewing Supply
"Current AA__8.8%
A blend of hops from the Barth-Haas company. This blend exhibits citrus, sweet fruit and green fruit flavors in the kettle. When used to dry hop it will lean towards a red berry (pomegranate) and spice character."

I've used this to dry hop a French Saison and got a really interesting strawberry aroma and berry flavor from it. It worked with the beer pretty well. I haven't used it in the boil, so not sure how it would work there.

Am I the only one to immediately have AC/DC go through my mind right now?

I used the T'N'T with Citra and it makes a fantastic  IPA.
