Lots. Like brewing more than alcohol. *shrug*  it gets old or I am ready for something else.

I usually dump one batch about every 5 years. Either thru infection, which happens to all of us, or beer I don't like and I need the room. Cheers!

Does accidently dumping three gallons all over the brew room floor count?

In 18 years I've dumped maybe 4 beers.  One or two so flawed they were undrinkable and a couple with major infections of some kind that I just couldn't force myself to drink.

I tend to force myself to drink everything I make since it was my fault and I should be punished for making it.   :-[  It makes you try harder to avoid stupid mistakes.

Like was said earlier some batches that I thought were terrible on day were pretty good when the keg kicked.

I dumped 2000 gallons this year. FTW!! (Not really my fault. It was a glycol failure).

Typically not from infection but simply because I don't like the beer or I don't drink it fast enough and want an empty keg.

So, I would say at most 5-8 gallons a year. Hey, its only beer.

That had to have been a major bummer.

About 4 months ago, I had to dump my Heady Topper inspired beer. My 5 year old had a friend over and the friend repeatedly pushed down on the bucket lid to make lots of bubbles spew out of the airlock.

Good thing I tasted it before I put the dry hops in.  Wet cardboard.

Still haven't gotten around to rebrewing that one

Luckily I have a Gf with slightly different tastes than I have. I have been unhappy with and unwilling to drink at least 4 batches out of my first 35 or so. She liked 3 of those enough that I have only had to dump 3-4 gallons of beer in my brewing history. As well as about the same amount of cider that just didn't finish fermenting. So call it 8 gallons in 3 years

None. I drink my mistakes as punishment. :)

First year I dumped 4 batches. Two were for a defective keg, two were for experiements that turned out undrinkable.

Second year I dumped two batches for an infection.

So far so good this year. Guess my average is 15 gallons then.

If you look at it as a percentage of how many batches I dumped vs. batches brewed it would paint a different story. Year one I think I brewed 20 batches, last year I only managed 7. That includes the dumped batches.
Corn is a fine adjunct in beer.

And don't buy stale beer.

I haven't had an infection but I have dumped a beer I did not like.  One was a Roeselare Red - I found I don't like sour beer as much as I wanted to like it.

Typically it's just a dump it because it's not preferred kind of deal for me - sometimes I will bottle something that is a slow mover.  I have a pale ale that is a bit too fruity for most - Amarillo hops as sole hop addition.  It's going to get a little more time to see if it mellows out....as to volume, less than 5 gallons per year, typically, but if I need the space, then it might accumulate above that over a given year.  I don't recall ever dumping a lager.

I dumped a load of beer over the weekend.  This was mainly the remnants of the final extract kit brews I made before I moved to AG.  Reckon in total there was about 25L.  I had to dump a batch last year due to it getting infected and turning to vinegar.

On average over seven years of brewing it's probably somewhere around 2-3 gallons per year. I've dumped a couple five gallon batches that didn't turn out well. Most of my dumping has been experiments that didn't turn out well or never developed into something I wanted to drink. I feel that's a decently low volume to dump for how much sour beer and weird experiments I've conducted over time.
