Is there a version of the AHA Pamphlet in black & white that I could print on a laser printer. It would be nice if it fit on standard letter-size 8 1/2 x 11 paper too.

We don't have a black and white version of that.  It actually prints legibly in black & white.  You can print it to 8 1/2 X 11 paper, but it would need to be trimmed.
