Sensory training advice
« on: February 13, 2019, 07:50:17 am »
Looking for some advice.  I am planning a sensory training for about 8 people.  I am looking for some pointers from someone that has done one.  I have a flow of how things will work in my head. Looking to see what others have learned, that maybe they had not accounted for. Kind of the “gotcha’s” that you may have run into.

I don't know if you are doctoring beers with off flavors.  If so check out https://www.singingboysbrewing.com/blog/off-flavors-in-beer-materials-for-off-flavors-workshop.

In any case, heavy perfume is always an issue.  Also scents in soaps can be an issue particularly because one of the best ways to reset your nose is to sniff your hand.
