Amoretti Artisan Natural Flavors
« on: September 17, 2019, 10:59:03 am »
Has anyone ever used Amoretti Artisan Natural Flavors for beer that is being bottled?

Looking for advice and recommendations for at what point should I add in the brewing process, also, how best to store the unused flavoring.

I used some of their watermelon flavor I dispensed by the glass last Summer. I didn’t want to flavor the whole batch so each drinker could choose how much they wanted (if any). It worked out well though I must admit I usually opted out. The grandkids were using it in lemonade.

I called the company, they recommended that I add the flavoring at about 75% through the secondary.
