Just Sunday I threw out a five gallon batch - forgot to switch out the blowoff tube for a solid plug in a cold crashing lager....sucked a quart or more of Iodophor into the beer and that wrecked it.  Lesson learned...all of my large fermenters have cornie posts for spunding valves, this one was not so equipped.

Well, I don't want to brag or anything but I have literally dumped about 2,000 gallons of beer down the drain before ... on more than one occasion...  ;)

Unfortunately on purpose... better to dump than ship bad beer. It’s been a while though
