Recreating an Ancient Beer with Sara Toth Stub
« on: December 28, 2020, 05:17:08 am »
Who is into beer history? I would say I love history so I am very excited to share this episode with all of you. In this episode, I talked to Sara Toth Stub, a journalist. We talked about her article for Sapiens magazine about archeologists that recreated an ancient beer with yeasts discovered from clay pots.

Just did a quick skim of the article, and can't wait to listen to the podcast while brewing later today. Really interesting stuff, and some new voices relative to many articles covering similar topics in the past -- thank you for sharing!

My interest in historic beers doesn't go that far but I do enjoy reading Ron Pattinson's blog, Shut Up About Barclay Perkins.
