I've been to a few club meetings with established local clubs and for one reason or another wasn't really happy with those clubs. I want to start a club that actually DOES do brew days, legitimate brewing experiments, has mentoring for new brewers, has meetings that aren't just a beer share, does classes and instructional days, plans field trips to breweries with tours, and more as I think of it.
This might seem like a lot but why not shoot for the stars and make this an awesome club for all members? I have a strong relationship with a couple lhbs and breweries in the area and all over New England. Any feed-back?
