That was a great podcast! Lots of good information about how to use hops to make better beer. I've been using the survivable hop date from Yakima Chief to improve my IPA beers. Good to know that Crystal is great in the dry hop as I use it in my Torpedo IPA clone.

Yeah, if you make IPA that chart is invaluable. I'm about to use it tl make an WCIPA using Phantasm, too.
