My German pils recipe varies a bit,  but the basic is

Good pils malt (Hana, North Star, etc) to about 1.050
25-30 IBU noble hops (using GR Magnum recently) at 60
Oz or so of noble hops at 5 (recently Hallertau Mittelfruh)
Diamond or Novalager pitched at 53F
Brewtan B, nutrient,  Whirlfloc
Brunwater yellow balanced

Nice, thanks to all who replied.  Gonna go thru all of this and see where I end up.  But it is nice knowing I can do this without having to get my fermenter really cold.  I might try fermenting in a keg, in which case I can put it in my kegerator and that will allow for cooler temps.  Thanks again to all.
