My German pils recipe varies a bit, but the basic is
Good pils malt (Hana, North Star, etc) to about 1.050
25-30 IBU noble hops (using GR Magnum recently) at 60
Oz or so of noble hops at 5 (recently Hallertau Mittelfruh)
Diamond or Novalager pitched at 53F
Brewtan B, nutrient, Whirlfloc
Brunwater yellow balanced
