Topaz Hops

Anyone have any feedback regarding Topaz hops?

From what I can tell they are better suited for bittering however I do see some reports of them working later in the boil/dry hop. My buddy who gave them to me told me just to use them to bitter but I'm not sure what applications he tried them in. Thinking about doing a big IPA soon and was curious if I should avoid it.
