No Brewing. I've had to back burner my brew for the past two weekends due to the holiday and honey do list. I've been itching to make a Celebration clone. Should be able to brew it next weekend. I hope! All of my citrus will be ready in January. We have a Tangelo tree that is just crazy this year. Thinking of doing a Tangelo Wheat in January. Similar to Lost Coasts Tangerine Wheat. Anyone ever brew a citrus beer?

I have made a Mango IPA.  I dehydrate the Mango then freeze it.  I add it to secondary, so when that time comes I steam the Mango.  I steam it to give me piece of mind about contamination and to plump up the mango with moisture so it does not soak up the beer.  Not sure if that step is needed, but it is what I do.  Turns out great.  I know you mentioned making a wheat, I would recommend experimenting with some Citra hops with the Tangelo.  May really compliment it.  Cheers!
On Tap:
Cream Ale
Wild Rice Pale Ale
Winter Ale (almost gone)
Mocha Stout

I will be brewing my last batch of Pumpkin this weekend, using Sugar Pumpkins I grew in the garden this year.  Also will be transferring the Winter Ale from primary to secondary and dry-hopping with juniper berries.  Travel to Minnesota next week for the holidays and hope to pick up some Abyss and have a call out to see if I can find some Dissident as well.

I've been doing a lot of "crazy" beers like a coriander wheat that many of the friends haven't warmed up to yet.  I'll be brewing a blonde ale to try and warm them up to the idea of a flavorful beer.

Not brewing this weekend.
Working on walk-in cooler.

Living in Wisconsin, that means you are installing a new front door?  :D

He said cooler, not freezer.

Cooler than what?

I use citrus peel (zest actually) from the backyard in my Witbier.  I brew it every January, half turns into pepper beer.

Those are some nice fermentors.  I've been pricing those for going pro with mead.  Shipping to Hawaii costs more than the fermentors and stands.

Yesterday (Saturday), I brewed my first lager, a 10 gallon batch of Dortmunder Export.  My efficiency was lower than normal so I fell a tad (.005) points short of my planned O.G..  I had some trouble with my Barley Crusher (several times it just started "free spinning" and not pulling grain through); I attribute the reduced efficiency (70% instead of 78%) to that.  But the wort looked, smelled and tasted really good.  I have a fermentation freezer that I've set to 44 and will let the temp rise over the coming days.  I brewed the Dortmunder so I can build up a good yeast slurry of WLP833 for my next lager: a Helles Bock.

No brewing this weekend, instead visiting my old Mom in frozen Philly.
I did find a very nice beer store yesterday with an enormous selection of stuff.  I think they're skirting the law by registering as a deli, but their main focus is retail beer sales.  It's nice to be able to buy a few beers instead of a case.
Exit 4 from Flying Fish is excellent imho.
