Well planned!  I like the footprint idea of the brewing area.  It allows for a larger area to also have fun in. 

I always have to ask a few practical questions Barry, so may I ask...
What are your brewery's electric bills for air conditioning and refrigeration in Anaheim? 
Do you think the natural gas is about the same price as propane?
Do you like using the Minibrew mash/lauter tun?

Love everything about it, especially the lift for your mash tun.  Great idea to save space.  Very well organized.
