All depends on how the newborn situation works out for me, but I'd like to get through a Berliner Weisse and an IPA that I plan to dry hop with citra before the weather gets to hot (although summer may have already gone here).

My wife and I are flying to NOLA Friday morning for our 35th anniversary weekend.  No brewing, but I need the break from last weekend's fiasco anyway.  I plan to eat well, listen to some live music and visit my friend's new race track. http://www.nolamotor.com/

I'm doing my first partigyle...and doing a decoction as well.  Should be a long brewday.  Strong beer will be a Dopplebock (washed slurry of WY2308) and the weak beer will be a Patersbier (1.8L starter of WY3787).  I'll be using some DME and leftover/reserved wort from previous batches to get my gravities just right.  Should be fun.

If I get my chicken coop up either tonight or Saturday, I'm going to celebrate by brewing my Broken Spear kit.  It will be the first All Grain I've brewed since January.

I'm giving a Gumballhead recipe a shot today! Looking forward to the results. I've been hearing about this beer for a long time and since I cant buy it here in the desert...might as well brew it!

Cheers!

Cleaned a few kegs last night and just finished up the brewday.  Brewed up my Oktoberfest and kegged a Kolsch.  The fest in the chest freezer coming down to pitching temp and cleanup is almost done.  Everything went perfectly.  Nice relaxing brewday.  Time to drink some beer and start on dinner.

I'm probably gonna do another kolsch, though a mild sounds nice. Not in a hurry to get anything on tap so maybe something that can sit for a while. A golden strong then!

I'm gonna brew an american amber type, similar to fat tire, but a little different.
