Saw a pretty awesome quote at a craft beer bar here in Denver today. "Give a man a beer and he will waste an hour. Teach a man to homebrew and he will waste a lifetime." Maybe some of you have seen this one before but I thought it was both hilarious and probably very true. It sure has consumed quite a bit of my free time since I've started brewing in this past year. Not one minute however would I consider a waste!
