I just got a box with 5 lbs from Hops Direct.  I'm not sure what I was thinking.  I always do that when I order hops.  That will take some creative arranging of freezer space.  Luckily some of it is pellets.

Yup...vacuum sealed and frozen is a happy place for those little green devils.

I inventoried my hops the other day...I've got 32+ lb. crammed into my freezer!   I have GOT to stop buying hops!
Life begins at 60.....1.060, that is!

I have more than I need too, probably 12 lbs.  The problem is the 30 lbs of salmon that are also in the freezer.

You need to brew some IPAs Denny!

Ah, true. With my centennial ale I laugh at Jim Koch's "more than a pound per barrel" hop utilization. But not by much.

That's one heck of a lot of hops Denny...better start brewing IIPA's.  8)
