Bottling my IPA. My favorite local Farmers Market starts this weekend, so I'll be asking around about berries and hopefully finding a good local honey source for getting into mead.

I think it's about time for a summer ale. I'm thinking MO, some wheat malt, some lemon zest. Can't decide on the hops, though...

House IPA friday and Saison on Sunday. 11 gallons of each!

Bottling 10 gallons each of Kolsch, Imperial Stout, Oktoberfest, Baltic Porter, Witbier, ESB.

Gonna be a good weekend!

Gonna brew a Helles, with WY1007, so I guess it's not really a Helles, but pseudo-Helles.

I feel inadequate too....whilst I sit and watch other people do the bottling while im "brewing" and drinking haha.

Bottling an IPA and brewing a tripel. In between a lot of work in the yard.
It's such a fine line between stupid and clever.
