I want to sleep until at least 8AM.  Anything above and beyond that will just be gravy.

I cant remember the last time I slept in to 8 AM. We have to drag our 2 year old out of bed during the week but on the weekend she is waking us up at 6 to get up. Its funny how kids do that. What was that stuff? Naptime?

I would be happy with 7am. I can't even remember the last time that happened.

Hells yeah.

Unless there's one specific thing I really need, I like to keep the gift requests to gift cards. Gift certificate to NB, Midwest, Rebel Brewer or Austin Homebrew Supply would be great.

Yeah, pretty tough deciding shaft flex so it'll work for both thick and thin mashes

same as my wife....anything made from precious metal (in my case Stainless Steel is the only precious metal)...
round out my collection of Perlick Faucets and shanks
top off my capacity with a 2-3 gallon Ball Lock Keg
expand my operation with a hansome conical from Blichmann
or improve my brew day with a new Mash Tun or Boil Kettle from Stout Tanks (with Tri-Clamp fittings)...

But those are just things I want.

What I need is Sleep, and a little time to merely sit in my garden, thumb through a few recent copies of Zymurgy and sip on my hand crafted homebrew (in peace and quiet).  If I could get to sleep in to 7am, get breakfast made for me, and retire to the garden (with a beer) by 10am. +1 for me.
You wouldn't believe the things I've seen...
