Huh, I didn't even know there was a National Beer day.  Coincidentally I'm brewing today so that worked out well.  Just about ready to transfer to the fermenter and pitch.

If every day is Saturday to a dog then every day is beer day to a brewer.

Denny, I had three for you. Rouge dead guy, elysian bette blanche tripple and Bridgeport alchemy.  The tripple was top notch

And here I thought I was celebrating a new lager chest after my 20-year old freezer crapped out less than one day into fermentation of a 12 gallon batch of Oktoberfest - hoping for no ill effects...I kept it under 60 luckily and the wife signed off on the emergency purchase, so I have gained about 5 cu.ft. of lagering space!
