I'm brewing 10-gallons of imperial porter to split into two batches.  One will be Denny's BVIP, and the other will be the "base" porter without the vanilla or bourbon.  I did this last year and both beers turned out great.  If you haven't tried the BVIP recipe, you're missing a good one.  Thanks Denny!

I need to keg a Scottish 80/- and bottle the Imperial Brown Ale I got from the AHA rally at Surly a month ago.  I think I may brew a Taddy Porter clone also.

I did a dark mild on Sunday and I'm about to head out to the LHBS for some odds and ends to brew an APA based off the recipe in BCS.

Last Saturday I brewed an IPA in the 60IBU range, 1.061, all cascades except for half the bittering hops (HopShot), to be dry hopped with leaf cascade.

Next weekend on the yeast cake, I'm thinking a bigger DIPA, packed to the brim with Chinook hops, and some Cascade.

Was there any wort left to ferment?  All those hops may have soaked it all up.  Hophead, yeah I guess! ;D
