Well, I am enjoying it. I gave my daughter a taste and she tried to steal my beer. I told her to hump her little @$$ downstairs and draw her own.

My recent APA. Even though I dry hopped it with 5 ounces of hops (Cascade and Simcoe) it's a very nicely balanced and quaffable brew.

I was just lamenting the fact that appearance only counts for 1/50 (in theory anyway).

I did make this one a little lighter than usual so I can drink it while I'm playing tennis (1.045 OG instead of the 1.055 I usually do for this recipe). I didn't dial back the minerals, but at that gravity it comes off the slightest bit minerally and otherwise a little boring. Oh well, it serves the purpose and I like it much better than Gatorade

Personally, I love the German Dort lagers I've had and they're all a tad minerally.
