The head on that is something else. I can't get mine like that. I'm going to try stepping and see if it can help. Making me thirsty!

My newest Kolsch keg. My 2565, from the same batch, really is showing signs of oxidation. This 021 is really nice. I guess there is a big difference in a yeasts ability to scrub the 02. Guess this will be my only Kolsch yeast from now on.

The difference between the 2 is night and day. Same batch, same process, same everything. Guessing that, among other things, is why Brian uses 2206.  021 IMO, is the best that I've tried. Just my opinion of course.

Maybe it's not fair to post commercial brews but, hey I did brew them! ;)

I had this beer at the brewery. I liked it. So, I took home a growler. Then, last weekend I saw a 6-pack at Wish You Were Beer. So, I bought that. This beer is really good. The hops flavors and aroma are great and the base beer is very nice. I like that there is just enough bitterness. The bitterness doesn't overwhelm the other flavors. I also like the fullness I get from this beer. It's bigger than beers I normally make. After drinking one I can sit back, grab my belly, and say ahhh!

Well, isn't that just a fine review!  Love it. And the beer in the glass looks awesome!

Many of us would be on a strict liquid diet if it weren't for pretzels.

How's it taste? What do you think of the invert?
Corn is a fine adjunct in beer.

And don't buy stale beer.

It's delicious.  The raisin and honey flavors of the invert come through as does the smooth buttery mouthfeel.  I am looking forward to brewing more English beers with invert.

I would love to post a picture of my most recent Stout, however for the life of me I cannot figure out how to attach the photo on this website. 😑
I am a great believer in luck, and I find the harder I work, the more I have of it.
