Think I'll keg the DIPA with a Kiss of Rye & whip up a quick Irish Red Ale....
If Homebrew & BBQ aren't the answer, then you're askin' the wrong questions... Cheers!!!

No brewing - drinking.  Bachelor party from Friday-Sunday near Hood River, I'm bringing a keg of my spanish cedar aged pale ale and some stuff from my cellar.

Well, I guess there will be some brewing, sort of.  I'll be joining Greg Doss for the end of his brew day when I get down there.  I don't know what he's brewing though.

Cleaning out the keezer... and not the fun kind... more like the "the few inches of water at the bottom is starting to turn green" kind. Definitely investing in some of that moisture absorbing stuff...

Also brewing... meh... IPA? hefeweizen? hefe-IPA?

I am undecided still, but brewing none-the-less.

Toasted Rye Amber Ale
Harvest Pale Ale (wet hopped with homegrown cascades)
Double batch of brown ale, one with english yeast and 30ish IBU, the other with 1450 and dry hopped with Amarillo

I better figure it out soon
*Tapped:
Peach/Raspberry Ale 4.5%/18IBU (6/6/10)
Golden Promise IPA (Keg #2) - 5.8%/73IBU (7/3/10)
Jason's Ball & Chain - 6.4%/63IBU (7/17/10)
All His Merry Men - 4.9%/23IBU (8/1/10)
Citra Amber Ale - 4.8%/23IBU (8/1/10)

need to clean 7 or 8 kegs

keg an IPA and N. English Brown I made 2 weeks ago

and hopefully build a floor above the crisper drawer section for our current house fridge, bought a new fridge for the house last week, so the old one will be used for temp control from now on

What sort of configuration will you be going for with the kegerator?  I'm getting ready to do a chest freezer build soon.

It's a 7.5cf chest freezer equipped with a 6" collar and regulated with a Johnson controller.
It will hold 4 kegs and a CO2 cylinder.

I am using Perlick faucets and SS shanks that will come through the collar.

Six feet of line on the serving side per keg.

In the process of building my dual stir-plate, so hopefully I'll get that finished up.  Also got to get the fridge hooked up with the controller I got.  Lots of small things to do...

Depending on where my dubbel sits, I'll need to do something with that.  My house saison too.

If all that goes well, I'll brew a majorvices inspired lime saison on Tuesday after work.

Sniffing sour airlocks...

Was gonna do the Terrapin Rye Ale clone this weekend, but the HBS was out of rye! >:(

So . . I'm doing a Great Divide Wild Raspberry Ale clone today, and a Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier clone tomorrow.
Just brew it...

Ha!  That's almost exactly what I'm doing!  I'm getting an 8.8cf freezer in black.  Going to equip it with a 6" collar and a Johnson controller.  I'm going to do four taps as well.  I'm probably not going to get around to building it until October though.  Unfortunately, things are going to be pretty busy for the next month or so.

Say hi to Greg for me.

I'll be brewing something with US05, but I don't know what.  I've been on vacation so I haven't had time to do a starter, but I've got 05 around, along with a lot of grain and hops.

Not brewing.  Hope to transfer the 1450 IPA to the keg this weekend.  Working Saturday, so Sunday will be outdoor work.  Canning tomatoes, pickling some okra and maybe making some more chipotles.

Turns out he's brewing an American wheat though.  Worst.  Style.  Ever.  Where's the vomit emoticon?
