Anybody else just get a "Welcome to the AHA" email?

Been a member for eons so I wonder what that's about. Hey, at least it says I've got a Welcome gift coming 😄

Yep, I got one as well. Figured this would be the place to check what the heck. Seems like I got something screwy about this time last year as well. Maybe some wires get crossed with other promos around NHC time?

I got one.  I joined last month so I thought they were just backlogged with welcomes.  I already got my free gift...it was a SRM color wheel magnet.  Maybe I'll get another.  I'll have a collection.

Me too.  Not even the anniversary of my renewal date or anything significant.  Clearly gremlins in the email server.

The staff was all at HomebrewCon, so they are jetlagged. Oops indeed.

Looks like their server has been over served again.  I just got another email.  I hope they follow though with my new gift

Aaannnd... they sent out the "Oops!" email again.  Curiously,  I notice they didn't try to blame the server this time... yeah, best not to talk about what happened!

Being an old "server guy" I laughed when the first "oops" email sort-of blamed the server.  Servers are metal boxes that do what they are told.  My guess is there is an error (or errors) in a script, and they are still chasing them down.   ;D

No big deal really.  I re-upped for 3 years this time and already received the coffee mug.  The odd thing for me is, I haven't received a new card yet.  The app will cover me, if needed, just makes me feel for the admin and his/her thinning hair.

I did just join about 2 weeks ago, and I think I've got 3 of them, also several "oops" emails, and at least 2 saying my SRM color wheel will ship at the end of the month. Do I need to add AHA to my spam filter? ;)
