Looking to use Falconer’s Flight hops in a NEIPA and wondering if anyone out there has used these hops before and if anyone has used these hops in a NEIPA

I have used them many times but I don't know how much good my info would do you since the blend changes from year to year.

I love em, but as Denny said the blend changes.  i know the original idea was basically to be a blend to sub in for Simcoe when there was a shortage.  Whether Simcoe is "juicy" enough for your definition of NEIPA is up to you I guess.
