Roggenbier.  Set to go Friday morning, just gotta remember to fill the propane tank.  I may have to boil a little longer to make up for all the rain that ends up in the kettle  ::)

Did a Scottish partigyle last week.  I used the partigyle chart for a 1/3-2/3 and ended up with the first runnings a wee bit high @1.142 for 5 gallons. Second runnings were fine @1.042 for 10 gallons.  The Wyeast 1728 is really rippin' through it. Keep the temp way down.  I ended up dropping it to 58 before the blow ceased on the Strong Scotch Ale.  Ticking it up a degree per day now until 65.
If Homebrew & BBQ aren't the answer, then you're askin' the wrong questions... Cheers!!!

Brewing something on Fri., haven't decided what yet.  I've got a 1450 slurry around (who's surprised?) and I may do a batch of Nick Danger porter.  Or I may just look through the grain and hop stash and make it up as I go.....

That DT recipe of N8's is great, isn't it?

It is wonderful. It's for a club contest. Doing a split batch with DT yeast and WL510.

On Friday after Thanksgiving I will be doing Jamil's Dirty water Brown for the second time. Will, not change a thing as that is one nice beer.
Cheers.

I am racking two buckets of Denny's VBIP to the secondary for the vanilla addition. I hope to brew my Bock next weekend.
