Tapping a keg of dry hopped IPA, kegging a batch of NB's Irish Heavy, brewing a best bitter (the Brooklyn Brewery Summer Ale recipe from Clone Brews).

I'm hoping to brew a 5 gallon batch of a Trappist w/raisins tomorrow before I go to Brooklyn for the weekend and pull my 5 gallons of Belgian cherry ale from the primary when I get home.

I'm on call but I hope to brew 2 batches.  Tomorrow a Gumballhead type beer with lots of wheat and Amarillo, Sunday something dark to rack onto a oatmeal stout yeast cake.  Hopefully work won't interfere with life.

I am going to try my hand at a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale clone. And hopefully by the time it finishes fermenting, I will have a beginning keg system to put it in.  :D

What do you do if work does call?  How often do you get interrupted?

Oktoberfest.  I know, I know, it's November, but I like this style any time and I need to grow up some yeast for a doppelbock. ;D

A couple of days ago we did a Rochefort 8 clone with the Herman Holtrop recipe as the base.  The garage smells really good.

I plan to keg 10 gallons of Premium American Lager on Friday. Then brew 10 gallons of Vienna Lager using a slurry from the PAL. Sunday looks to be a decent day so I'll be smoking a couple turkeys for the holidays.  Cheers!!!
