Ok,

so who's already attempting to eclipse their pace from last year? :)

Yep, absolutely looking to eclipse last year.  I'm brewing up a batch of my Nut Brown Ale as I continue to perfect the recipe.  Will probably be moving my English IPA to secondary to start the aging.  With any luck I'll be able to let it age 9 months before I run out of patience.

Heading up to Philly specifically Capozzoli's Metalworks Cafe to get the finishing touches done on my single tier brewstand. Cap is going to do some TIG welding i.e. fit and weld burner brackets, pump brackets, etc...

No brewing this weekend.

No brewing this weekend but I have got to do something about this keg emptying situation that is becoming so prevalent in my serving area.  My pale lager, my IPA and my Belgian IPA hit the dregs in the last two days.  If I don't brew soon I will run out of homebrew and have to rely on the purchasing power of money I may not have.
Oh, wait, I can keg some more light lager and bock and I've got a Tripel and a mead fermenting.  I should relax.

Not brewing this weekend.  Did a mild on Monday past.  Will be finishing up the stonework on my fireplace (pointing).  Hopefully relax and watch some football and drink some beer.

German pils using the yeast from the one I did a few weeks back.  Gotta get those lagers in while the weather cooperates!
