Hmmm. SRM was supposed to be about 6-7 and this seems much lower.

But I guess I can get some Sinimar and adjust the color. The O.G. was 1.060 22 days ago.
Today the Gravity is 1.014 and color is off. Looks more like a Pilsner
 The hyd tube sample tastes promising.
About May, I will say some additional if I do not forget. :P

kinda looks like 6 to me.

all the yeast still floating in there is making it appear a little lighter/whiter IMO.

I wouldn't mess with it - call it a Golden Bock like SN does, unless you're intending to enter it in competition.

I agree; wait until you see it in the glass. You can add Sinamar at any point.

It does look close to 6-7 SRM to me.
