Just kegging 10 gallons of Imperial IPA (9.6%) and patiently waiting for the Pyment & Smokehaus Porter to finish.  Cheers!!!
If Homebrew & BBQ aren't the answer, then you're askin' the wrong questions... Cheers!!!

Just finished washing kegs, so I'll be kegging a german pilsner and light am. lager, then hopefully brewing an apa.  Trying out citra hops for the first time.

Brewing a toasted oatmeal stout on Saturday. On Sunday, I'll be frying up chicken wings and making pizza for the game.  8)

If my water thaws so I can brew I was going to brew something to pitch on a Nottingham yeast cake-I just saw hopfenundmalz's response and a smoked porter it will be.  The question is now whether I use home smoked malt or Weyermann.  I've got pecan and apple wood, I think the applewood may be too mild.

Sounds like what I'll be doing... at least Sunday.  Saturday I'm going to try and brew a Pale Ale with Magnum and Athanum hops.  I'm debating on whether or not to throw cascade in there too.  I have a beer that's conditioning for about a week and I was impatient and tried one.  Not nearly carbonated enough, but I used Cascade at the end and it's REALLY up front.  So unsure about the cascade for my next brew.

I get to oversee the judging of the Best Florida Beer Professional Competition on Saturday.  We have over 100 craft beers brewed and sold in Florida entered this year.
Sunday I really need to move some beer around.  I've got 20 gallons of beer in fermenters that is begging to be consumed.

Trying out my first Belgian Wit in preparation for the in-laws coming to visit the last week of the month.  My father in-law should really appreciate it!  I should also be bottling my Midas Touch clone, just bottled my DFH 60 Minute IPA clone last night.  It's been a productive week!

Going to a couples' retreat but plan on getting up early saturday morning before we leave and scrubbing the gear. I got super busy and some of my gear has sat in water for a bit too long for my tastes. Probably run a hot water/bleach solution through the whole thing including pumps and chillers, and do some sweeping to get rid of spidey friends.

All this is in preparation for my next brew session for next week. Depending on how well my pilot batch of chipotle chocolate stout worked, I'll brew that, or maybe try to lager.
