It doesn’t get much easier than Easy Peasy American lager! Homebrewer and Zymurgy magazine contributor Steve Ruch shared this recipe in his article “Meal Planning with Beer.”
Steve specifically brewed this beer recipe to incorporate into a corn chowder recipe. The American lager malt extract from William’s Brewing is made with 30% corn, creating a character that complements the corn chowder.
